Terms of Use

Physiodle is a free daily puzzle game for physiotherapy students and clinicians. By using the site or creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Physiodle.

1. Educational use only, not clinical advice

Puzzles, clues, answers and explanations are written for study and entertainment. They are simplified, may contain errors, and are not a substitute for clinical training, supervision, current guidelines or professional judgement. Do not use Physiodle content to diagnose, treat or advise a real patient. Physiodle is not affiliated with any university, registration board or professional body.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person. Do not share accounts or create accounts to manipulate leaderboards.
• Your account also works on our sister game Pharmodle; the same terms apply there.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms, cheat, harass other players or abuse the service.

3. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other players' accounts or data, interfere with the service, scrape puzzle content in bulk, automate play, or post abusive, unlawful or infringing content in usernames or feedback.

4. Content and intellectual property

Puzzle content, explanations, design and code belong to Physiodle or its licensors. You may share your results (for example the share card and emoji grid) freely. You may not republish puzzle sets or use our content commercially without written permission. Feedback and suggestions you send us may be used to improve Physiodle without obligation to you.

5. Availability and changes

Physiodle is provided free and "as is". We may change, pause or discontinue any part of the service, alter scoring, streak or leaderboard rules, or correct puzzles at any time. We try to keep the site available but do not guarantee uptime or that data such as streaks will never be lost.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, Physiodle, or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. It forms part of these terms.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use Physiodle after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be announced on the site.
